Time for the last class was there and Andy couldn’t wait for it to be over at least. She wasn’t as tired as the first time she decided to divide the class, perhaps all she needed was to get used to having several classes. She was still surprised at how many students would want to take such a class, makes her wonder why she couldn’t choose something that had less people in it, like she had a choice now that she had graduated.

Unlike her other two classes, this time chairs and tables were all reduced to a smaller size and were kept away from the students and from what Andy was expecting them to do. She had to multiply Delores, it was easier to do such a trick now than to wait for her students to do some damage. It wasn’t like they were going to use them in a real situation, but it didn’t mean they couldn’t have some fun in the future, and who knows, maybe they will use them, depending on their line of work of course.

Students are meant to use a spell to turn their designated Delores to solid stone before using an eradication spell. All the other students, including herself might have the necessity to use a protective spell, she doesn’t want any accidents like in the previous term, where a young lady had to be carried out to the Hospital Wing after being hit by a piece of the dummy, leaving her with only two students in the classroom.

She waited for everyone to enter the classroom, today they wouldn't need to use their desks. "Good morning everyone. I hope everyone is ready and awake for this class. You can put your bags down or anything important you can put it on my desk" She looked the students curiously while she crossed her arms. "We'll be using Delores again, we're going to do a few fun tricks, might not be useful in your daily life, or it might be." She leaned back on her table to watch her students as a smile grew on her face.

Classes had been going well, so far, she had managed to go to every class she signed up for, having to arrive a bit late to one class when the previous class hadn’t ended on time, but overall things seemed to be looking good and she could see a light at the end of the tunnel for her. After finally meeting with her roommate in another class, Max opted to go to the class that she felt she belonged too since Laurie wouldn’t be staying alone.

She arrived in class and all the chairs and tables were reduced in size and were shoved in a corner. She put her bag down and waited for more students to enter the classroom. She looked at the Professor and at the dummies. She had missed a few classes from the last term, she had no idea the mannequin’s name was Delores, but she did hear a few stories about what had happened, the more common one was how Chloe got knocked out and had to be taken to the Hospital Wing by Meadow and Alex.

Max looked at the woman but simply nodded at her in a form of greeting, she just wanted to mingle with the rest of the crowd and hopefully she could find a friendly face to stay with. Last time she had attended one of these classes it was crazy, there were too many people and it was just hard to do anything without getting sidetracked by something someone else was doing.

Wandless Magic, it was one of those classes that seemed to have the 'never anything dull about it' atmosphere to it. The start of the term class last time making that as evident as the first term one had been. While he knew that someone could get hurt in many of the classes he wasn't exactly expecting the arm of a splattered dummy streaking across the room and smacking someone in the face enough to knock them out. It couldn't possibly get further hectic, could it? Either way he would need to keep his eyes out around what would end up happening for backfiring spells.

That would definitely be bad news bear for him.

Entering the classroom he took his bag off and placed it on top of the desk as instructed, there hadn't been anything really important inside of it but it seemed better to lean towards caution to avoid any accidental tripping that could occur. "Good morning, Prof!" He spoke in his usual cheery nature, even with the new bout of responsibility that found itself in his life, his energy had been at an all-time high. Eyes turning towards the miniature made chairs and desks, it didn't look like any 'sitting' was going to happen either. His gaze turning towards an all too familiar and friendly face for him which prompted a wide smile. "Hey there, Max. Didn't think I'd come across you not holding a violin." He offered as a playful jest.

"Sorry I haven't been keeping in contact much! With the twins born it's been. . . Well, a rough couple of weeks to help give Cassandra a bit of a break." He chuckled lightly.

At least this time when he showed up to close it hadn't been on the fever of 'lustful need' but rather the threat that it could cause a direct impact on his grades if he ended up missing too many days. Already he'd quite a few racked up, even with the state of his condition as a reason there could only really be so much offered before it's looked at as something to be detrimental for the future when it came to the plans he had in mind for himself. Unfortunately, it still had been only a short few days until his shift would start and the fact he had a full load of classes didn't assist much in that particular mood.

He also wouldn't have to worry about how his mind would shift in the presence of certain dark creatures. Even so, he opted to try and avoid as many people as he could by positioning himself further towards the classroom of mini-desks and chairs. Not before deftly sliding what seemed to be a piece of paper between Max's arm and her ribcage. On the surface of it would be the drawing he'd been working on of her that he promised to finish up, fully done in water colors that showed the young woman in a poised stance with a violin and standing on the edge of a cliff. The strands of red-locks looked as if they were flowing within the wind due to a little spell he crafted to enchant it for 'life-like' effects. Even the clouds rolled passed within the background and a 'visible' current of wind curled within the atmosphere around her.

Travis kept his promises, or at least tried to, especially when it came to his drawings. It also gave a perfect excuse to try a few techniques and unique styles that had popped into his mind. For now, however, he stayed to himself mostly and awaited for the Professor's next instructions on how the class will end up proceeding.

A strange dichotomy was manifesting that morning in Chloe's mind and body - despite the chaotic and exhausting nature of her daily activities, she couldn't help feeling rested and relieved that morning. She had finally been allowed to sleep on school grounds after what was an absolutely grueling break, and for as fleeting as those hours of sleep were, she was finally away from her tormentors; and thus she slept like a rock. She had a hard time getting up in the morning for a change, which resulted in Frost pawing at her face repeatedly when the daily alarm from her smartphone wouldn't stop ringing.

Nevertheless, she had gotten past that half-awoke state and felt energized enough to take on the bulk of the classes ahead of her that morning. It wasn't like that class was early in the morning to begin with (to her knowledge, there had been two before it for other students) but given her state of exhaustion as of late her sense of time was somewhat thrown for a loop. She rubbed her face with a hand momentarily before walking in to the classroom, seeing it was already well populated but relieved that she wasn't late.

Mechanically, her legs carried her to a nearby desk so she could get rid of her bag. It seemed they were going to get their hands dirty. Standing by herself, she awaited the teacher's instructions - perhaps she'd get to take out some of the frustration she felt over her grandparents on the poor mannequins if she was lucky.

It was time to get back in gear for school, and for the first time in years Meadow didn't feel like she was anywhere close to achieving such a thing - she was growing more and more convinced that spending her breaks lazing in the Tallygarunga campus along with her friends were contributing to her becoming a bit spoiled in that respect, and thus she needed to correct that bad habit. It started with that morning, as the classes finally got started for the third term, with Wandless Magic.

"Good morning." She spoke in an even tone to the Professor as she walked into the classroom, even if she dreaded every step she took. Following the teacher's instructions without actually processing the information she dished out afterwards, the Flinders placed her bag down on a nearby desk. It was then that her eyes scanned the room, and it didn't take too long for her to find her best friend. Wasn't the full moon close in the calendar?

"Hey." She went to check up on Travis with a lower tone so not to disrupt the class. "How are you? Slept well?" A fairly innocuous question, although it could be taken one way or another; as far as she was concerned, she just wanted to check on her friend's mood rather than make a checkup on his werewolf condition.

Lisa was surprised she had managed to make it to class at all. It was a shock to realize that she couldn't operate very well on either sleep, either due to habit or because her body had finally decided to betray her - after the former night's 'punishment' at Aspen's hands (among other things), she had gotten three - or less - hours of sleep and was still expected to tackle the day with the perfectionism that followed with her reputation. She had to be the best witch in school at her worst day. But could she truly pull it off?

She had nearly fallen asleep twice at that point - once in the shower, and then again while eating something before heading to the classroom - it was a miracle she even got to eat anything at all, given that Lisa's sluggishness contributed to her being quite late despite waking up at the same hour as usual. The Professor's words went right over her head as she walked in, and she only processed what she had to do through shaky visual cues as she struggled to stay in focus: it actually took her several seconds to realize students were getting rid of their bags and awaiting instructions.

Perhaps out of muscle memory, she made her way to her usual desk partner and placed her own bag next to hers. She then leaned back on the edge of a desk and pinched her nose as she tried to regain some focus, but the fact she momentarily closed her eyes only seemed to make it worse. A yawn broke out of her mouth, and she managed to cover it with a hand.

"Are you alright?" Chloe asked the blonde. If it had been a few months before, it was like looking at a mirror version of herself - back when she was knocked out in class, she had been told she stayed unconscious because her body demanded sleep. Lisa seemed every bit as exhausted as she had been that day. Nevertheless, the sleepy girl nodded in response.

"Yes. Let's just get on with this." At least the class demanded her to stay on her feet, or so it seemed. Hopefully it served to counteract the strong force trying to shut her eyelids down and make her regain all the hours of sleep she had missed out on.

The students were all inside and Andy started to rub her hands together, a playful smile showed upon her face, which was rather rare in a situation like that. While teaching wasn’t something, she could do with her eyes closed, using unconventional spells was something she adored, if someone got hurt, they always had the nurse’s office. She walked around the dummies and let her students talk to each other for a brief moment. She watched as they spoke to each other like they haven't had a break long enough to meet, but decided to abstain herself from comments, some kids probably stayed home anyway.

“Can anyone tell me what’s the spell to turn things to solid stone?” she asked the classroom, it was an easy spell that they should have learnt already, or at least heard of it, if they hadn’t, she had a feeling her fun was going to be cut short. “The deal today is, that one by one, we’re going to turn Delores to stone, and we are going to destroy it.” her gazer towards the students just got a bit darker than it was before. That was why she sometimes liked to take classes outside, learning inside isn’t always a good thing.

“So, now I want to know he name of a spell, or spells that will allow us to destroy Delores?” there were a few spells they could use, Bombarda, Deletrius, among others, but what kind of spell would they use was the only thing that she wanted to know.

Max hadn’t even noticed Alex entering the class until he greeted her. She smiled at him and waved her hand lightly, before letting out a chuckle at the mention of her violin. “Hey. Well you know, I can’t really play in classes.” She was sure the Professors weren’t going to find it funny if she just played instead of doing what she was supposed to do. She shook her head when he apologized. “It’s alright, don’t worry. You should bring them one day though.” Her smile grew wider at the mention of babies, Max loved children. “I think most Professors would be delighted.”

Suddenly she felt something and looked down to take a piece of paper that someone had slipped to her. She looked back to see Travis, she smiled and waved lightly at him before looking at the drawing. It was magnificent, he had a lot of talent. She was a bit jealous that he could draw such magnificent things. Her fingers scanned through the paper as she watched the effects. She looked back at him to give him a friendly smile before keeping the drawing safe in her bag.

She was about to greet Chloe and Meadow, but the Professor started to speak, and Max simply waved lightly at them, she didn’t want to be kicked out of class for disturbing it.

The redhead was confused why the Professor wanted them to turn Delores into stone. “Duro?” she spoke a bit sheepishly and in a low tone, unsure if that was the right spell. Soon after her reply she understood what they were supposed to do, hopefully no one would get injured. The next question was completely ignored by Max, she didn't want to see too excited about destroying something.

"That's why we're gonna have good old plans to make to pull it off." Alex whispered lightly. Very rarely do people plan pranks for the sake of serenading the crowds with music. It had been what made it far more appealing and amusing in his mind as well as a way to engratiate the need to simply perform. An eyebrow arched upwards with a low chuckle that eased out of him. "I can't say most would be delighted. Plus they'd disturb the class in very odd ways of that I am sure." If people didn't stop to ignore their lessons to pay attention to the twins he was extremely positive that they would've made some magical hiccup that would've been questionable.

His attention turned back towards the Professor who seemed to have a dreadfully mischevious grin pasted onto her features. What had they just walked themselves into? A smooth nod formed from him in agreement with his House member. "Duro, also known as the Hardening Charm." The thought of encasing something in stone hadn't occurred to him before, but it did hold several strategic advantages in a tight spot. It also held extreme benefits when it came to certain kinds of pranks or even showing a few bullies a 'What-for'.

"Bombarda, The Exploding Charm could shatter the stone entirely. It would be an interesting fireworks display of stone pieces flying everywhere." Both of his hands met evenly before making an explosion motion with them. "The Defodio spell could do some damage too, less explosion. More digging through and kind of seperating through. One could probably surgically seperate stone that way too if they mind themselves." There had been others but he didn't want to start snatching them all out of the air.

Glancing back towards Maxine after her friendly wave and smile he gave a cordial nod towards the woman. Trying to smile even in the face of the sickly tint of his skin. It was far more difficult than he had given it the credit for between the feeling of the change in his mind as well as the burning sensation that constantly throbbed through every single nerve of his body. It was a sense of annoyance as much as it had been a sign of the immense change in strength and other certain senses of his body that forced them to be sensitive and heightened to an intense degree.

Either way he knew staying away from people as best as he could would've been the best for everyone. Pushing himself to even be in class in general had been a choice he promised himself he wouldn't make again, even with better control this time around. But could he really risk any more missed days? Even with the extremely obvious excuse on his record he still needed to be able to show he could operate amongst his sickness. That it couldn't control him so thoroughly, to stop running from it and the potential consequences it manages to carve its way.

Travis hadn't expected Meadow to sit next to him which drew his attention slowly, had it been someone whose smell wasn't intimately known by him he perhaps would've flinched threatningly as if his territory had been invaded. Yet, the young teen had been noted as one of 'his pack' enough that his mind characterized her as one of the few allowed such close entry. Smiling with a sense of amusement his head shook lightly "As good as I usually do at this point. . . And no. I don't sleep in the last three days of it. Ever." It was almost felt like a curse of insomnia in those days, restlessness always seemed to take over and found himself going crazy if he sat too long doing nothing at night. "Something I just need to finally face and deal with though. Can't let it keep being an excuse." He added softly towards her. "Baby steps though.

Adjusting his eyes, glancing towards the Professor while his eyes still managed to scan her form. It was an involuntary response born out of habit and instinct. "Seize and Pull Charm." Travis added towards the conversation. "Someone with sufficient enough strength could tug it and smash it into another durable object hard enough that it could crack and break. Not really the most efficient but it's creative."  He knew very few could muster that kind of raw power to attempt. An almost devious smirk touched his lips as well. "Evanseco too. You don't need to destroy what doesn't exist anymore." He preferred to think outside of the box in certain ways.

Catching Max's wave out the corner of her eye, Chloe blinked for a short moment in surprise before nodding in acknowledgement of the greeting. The idea of waving to someone in the middle of class felt quite odd to her (if attention-seeking), not to mention she wasn't exactly used to being greeted in such a friendly manner inside a classroom; but, it was something she didn't mind getting accustomed to.

As two students named the best spell to accomplish the hardening effect, Chloe mentally skipped over to the second question. A name of a spell to destroy an object as hard as stone? A myriad instantly popped up in Chloe's mind, but she let most others speak first - and, indeed, by the time most were done speaking, there were still a handful of potential spells left. Not wanting to steal anyone's thunder (and points), the Sturt ultimately opted to only speak of one.

"The Expulso Curse." The teacher never said anything against using Dark Arts proper. "It can be a bit tricky to use due to its power, but, since it works as an explosive, it can blast rock apart." While she knew how to use it, she figured it was a bad idea to put that spell into use inside a classroom with students whom might get caught by flying debris.

An awkward silence followed her response instead of what she expected to be Lisa piggybacking off her words; instead, she felt mild pressure on her shoulder. Looking at what was intruding in her personal space, she saw the blonde hardly standing up, half asleep, with her chin firmly planted on the shoulder and waving for someone else to go next. Her mind was too blank for her to reply, and luckily, the person she was perched on at that moment didn't shove her off.

Mid conversation, Meadow saw Max waving at her, as well as at some other student; she greeted the redhead with a smile, not wanting to do much more so not to distract from her little exchange with Travis. "Mm. That's fair. I should've expected that." Upon further inspection of the young man, he did look sickly - she hadn't intended for the conversation to deviate towards that sort of territory, but perhaps it was just unavoidable.

"I'm making progress on the potion." She said in a lower tone before class began, only for the werewolf to hear. "I do need you to try it, though. Good a time as any, no? If you're willing, drop by the Hospital Wing later. Got myself an extra pair of hands willing to help out with it all, arguably better than mine." It was a blessing that she had Miss Teagarden at her side for such a task. Two minds worked better than one, and given that the woman's skill with the area exceeded her own, the brunt of the work would go by much more quickly and effectively.

It was time for the class to start. The first question was quickly answered to by a few of the students; the second allowed them to get a bit creative. "The Reductor Curse would do a good job of it. Reducto. It turns everything it touches into dust, in a very literal sense." It was a more advanced Dark Arts spell that could be quite deadly if it interacted with the wrong thing; she's never seen something stay standing after being hit by that curse, if executed properly.

Noting the Sturt that was half asleep, she decided to discreetly cast a re-energizing spell without wand or incantation to wake the blonde up - a little trick she'd picked up from her time in nursing when dealing with concussions. She watched as the girl straightened her posture and shook her head so to snap out of it, rubbing her eyes as if she had just woken up. 'Mission accomplished.'

Andy wasn’t expecting most of the students to answer correctly, those that did, one seemed to have some doubts about the name of the hardening spell. It seemed everyone else was sure about what they were saying. “Mr. Winfield, Mr. Franklin very good. And yes, the Seize and Pull Charm can also work, if one has enough strength to lift and smash the hardened object against another hardened object.” It wasn’t the only way, following his chain of thought, a levitate and letting it fall with no support could also do it, but details that weren’t important to anyone. “Miss Stewart and Miss Richards, also good answers.

The games were about to begin, hopefully everyone was smart enough that when the doll was destroyed, they would use a protecting spell to keep themselves protected, or she’d have to act quickly to do it herself. “I’d prefer if you use Bombarda, but I am not against the usage of any other spell, after all we need to be creative, but casting a complicated spell, without a wand and without practice may be too dangerous.”

She watched the students, hopefully they could go at their dolls one by one, it would be a clean and easy procedure for them. “One by one please harden your doll and destroy it, with whatever spell you want.” She moved to the side. If she could watch all of them in one place, it would be a lot easier to use a protection spell. “Don’t forget to pay attention to your surroundings, accidents happen but you need to be prepared. Once your done, please stand behind me.”

A smile stretched on Max’s face, nothing like a good prank to ease the mood, not only theirs but everyone else’s. The lips curling should be enough of an indicator that Max was going to enjoy the prank, a good plan was needed, but that shouldn’t be a problem, there was time to pull it off. Alex was probably right about the kids, they would disturb the class, but the prospect of watching an old person, going soft over something so small and cute would be priceless. “I think they’d steal the Professor’s show…” she commented, whispering.

She seemed to have somewhat answered the question, didn’t elaborate much but Alex seemed to have jumped in and somehow saved the day, surely saving her from feeling some sort of embarrassment. She listened to everyone quietly, she shouldn’t even be in that class, perhaps she would do best in the intermediate one. She was brought down to the real world when the Professor spoke. Did she want to go first? No, she didn’t, but she also didn’t want to be last, it was best to get over with it than to just wait and be last.

Maxine shrugged a took a step forward to take care of the doll. She had taken a mental note about all the spells she could do to destroy it, but she was going to keep it simple, without showing off. She took a deep breath and cast the spell, silently on Delores, which quickly turned to stone. It was hard to contain the girl’s excitement, she had succeeded in such spell, but now came the hardest part, casting bombarda.

The redhead’s heart started beating slightly faster than it should, she was nervous, she didn’t want to miss the doll and hit something else instead, but she had learnt a lot of things from different people. Unable to calm herself, and her fear of failure started building up. As she pointed her hand at the Delores to cast the spell, which destroyed the doll, projecting pieces of the hardened mannequin across the whole class room, some towards Max who tried to avoid most of the pieces, having to cast a shield spell to prevent being hit by the debris.

Once there were no more debris flying around, Max did as the Professor instructed and stood behind her.

"Yea, probably end me up in the hot seat with my Sister somehow. . ." Alex whispered in response along with a smile that displayed on his face with a good-natured appeal. It had been difficult to explain the amount of just general danger without revealing too much of what he was - what they were. Even a harmless misfired spell could spell a brutal pain for those of Sorceraic blood. A reflexive itch of pain crawled over his skin as if to remind him of his own issues when it came to that particular mishap. "The next best thing: Pictures and sound recordings." He grinned almost mischievously - that alone could make peoples attention buckle.

His hand reaching over to gently nudge Max, almost as if to say he had her back on that one. It simply became a spark of natural instinct for him to try and assist people but even more so those that had been within his House or those he'd grown close towards over the passing months. Watching in anticipation to see the extent of his classmates success - Hardening the doll seemed to be easy for the red-head. It was the hesitation that caught his attention enough for his head to tilt; Nervousness was an expected response in situations that seemed almost test like but this seemed far different. Trying to piece what may have been bothering her about the moment had been cut short as an explosion of shattered rock scattered across the room with his own response to reflexive duck into a crashing fall.

Ouch. That probably hurt a lot more than being pelted by the pebbles but at least he could triumphantly say they barely touched him as several pieces pegged at his head in near-harmless force from varied bouncing.

Pushing himself back onto his feet and brushing his clothing down in a cursory brush to fling off some of the lingered debris. "Explosively awesome, Max!" The girl did good and needed her props for it. Now it seemed that he was up to bat and while he wasn't entirely certain of how to go about it, there was a sense of grounding in knowing enough general magic theory to simulate the spells. Stepping forward to align himself with a Dolores while examining it intently - Wizarding spells weren't in his capacity. Raising up his arm he'd start to trace his finger through the air, knowing full well it wouldn't do a thing for himself. Inwardly he began to will the dummy to harden, to be encased in a thick and intense stone. Bit by bit it would be encased, starting from the feet and gradually ascending.

Trying to even it all out had been costing him. . . Far more of his energy than he had even anticipated. A lining of sweet building at his brow and becoming denser once the doll had been fully wrapped in stone. 'Now I need to decide a good spell to handle this second part. . . Man, that took a lot out of me though. . .' He mentally berated himself for not preparing himself better. He opted for something with no explosive might as he started to shift his hand through the air once more and gradually started to transmute the Dolores body once more where the rocky texture started to shift into a jelly like structure. Considering the similarity in act to hardening it require a hefty amount of his energy once more until it had been turned into a stationary 'Flubber'. Then dispersed it into blobs as its form scattered across the room.

Unfortunately, Alexander had been on the edge of weariness at this point. Making his way to stand behind the Professor but also leaning against the wall - as if it would give him a breather. It wouldn't but it offered the false comfort.

"Hey, it is what it is, Amy." His hand rose up and waved as if to dismiss that she needed to worry about that particular caveat when it came to his nighttime health. Pressing the very same hand through his hair to shift the strands out of the field of vision. "Just means after I tend to sleep like five rocks stuck at the bottom of a river." Weak snickering emitting from him. By this point, Meadow held much of his attention already expecting what the course of the current instructions would be fort he class given the set-and-spike the Teacher offered for the students to respond towards in the form of a question.

Travis hadn't forgotten what she'd told him before, that she'd planned to be more active and that a lot of research and effort had been put into trying to find a weaker yet affordable route towards a substitute tonic for his conditions. "Well, can't let your hard work go to waste, can I? Worse case scenario it doesn't work." Or some really wonky side effect but at least it wouldn't have the potential side-effect kick Wolfsbane. "I'll probably be by the Hospital wing anyways today to visit someone." It'd been best if he didn't offer up names since he didn't want it to some how come around to bite Liv at the ankles.

His attention shifted back towards the class focus, one of the Dolores mannequin whom he was very well acquittanced with from last term where he visited the classes far more often than he probably should've. "Just don't go pushing yourself for this class, alright?" He whispered towards the Flinder before standing up and making his way over towards the center of the class. His hand pushing forward and finger extending to show the neatly sharpened point of his nail and then traced it through the air. "Duro." The young man spoke clearly causing the spell to activate with a strong focus and hardening the surface of the Dolores into a firm rock.

Mind filing through different ways he could demonstrate its inevitable destruction. Stopping for a moment on something he'd been studying recently due to its connection with a path he'd long chose for himself to walk. With another motion of his finger he began to inflict a curse on the rock-hard Dolores, an indigo gleam of light resonating around the tip of his finger with the mannequin pulsating in the same light. In a matter of moments the once pristine rock started to turn brittle and as the seconds passed crumbling as if it were low-quality charcoal. "Huh, that worked. . . I honestly didn't think it would." He'd been more surprised it hadn't backfired and caused the Professor's desk to rot away.

After his demonstration of the Duro and another spell he made his way to stand behind Andrea. His eyes wandering lower slightly at her waist.

Sturt ☆ Sixth Year ☆ Nature Reserve Trainee, Muay Thai InstructorKirupachi
16 year old Muggleborn Human ☆ She/Her

A rush of energy shot through Lisa's system unexpectedly, her posture straightening reflexively with the rush. She quickly rubbed at her eyes to regain her focus and soon found she was more aware, more focused - it was like someone had taken her arm and injected pure adrenaline into her veins all of a sudden. Shaking her head, her then sharp mind came to the conclusion someone had hit her with a spell; taking a look around the room, she noticed a known healer out the corner of her eye looking away and paying attention to class.

'Who the hell does she think she is?'

The fact that this girl apparently took pity on her and felt the need to help her despite being entirely unsolicited incensed the Sturt. She could handle things on her own, she always did! Her gaze intensified as the class proceeded onward and one could see it burning holes into one of the dolls the longer she went without shattering it.

Chloe hadn't caught what happened but she felt relieved that her shoulder wasn't a perching spot anymore. She idly scratched at the area that had been hosting the fellow Sturt's chin for a few moments as she watched the class go on before realizing it was her turn. Stepping forward, she brought her hand up to cast the aforementioned spells.

Dolores quickly hardened with the first spell she cast, indicating her success; Chloe quickly followed with the Bombarda spell, wasting no time, blasting the poor dummy to pieces. With a third successful spell under her belt in the form of a shield spell to protect herself from the debris, she was soon happy with her performance and moved to obey the teacher and stand her. Or, at least, until she noticed Alexander apparently a bit short of breath all the way back against the wall. She decided to make her way further down towards him instead. "What's wrong?" She spoke in a lower tone so not to disturb the class as it continued.

It was Lisa's turn, and she was in a foul mood. With a tightened jaw, she didn't even bother spelling out incantations as she dished out the spells in quick succession, nor did she seem to waste any time in between them as if wanting to get things over with. However, when she cast the explosive spell, her anger fueled her magic in such a way that the doll burst in all directions with far too excessive force - she barely managed to react quick enough to block a rock about to hit her face.

"Tsk." She clicked her tongue in annoyance, clicking the rock that had fallen to her feet away with force before making her way to where she was supposed to be.

Flinders ☆ Sixth Year Kirupachi
16 year old Pureblood Human ☆ She/Her

Meadow raised her eyebrow momentarily in amusement as Travis mentioned visiting 'someone' - did he deem her to be daft? She had been working with the nurse long enough to know it would be her and not any of the students occupying beds in the area. It did bother the Flinders slightly that she was constantly underestimated by the boy, but perhaps she could use that very class to boost his view of her.

Soon enough, it was her turn. Solidifying the soon to be demolished doll with no issue, she took a moment to consider what spell would be the best to use on it - something impressive and original to make the point of her being more astute than she frequently looked. Taking a deep breath, she made her choice and readied her hand.

Within seconds, a powerful and very difficult to perform Reducto spell was shot at Dolores, immediately reducing her to fine dust, much like the example she had presented earlier. A smirk filled her lips with confidence as she stepped on past the Professor as ordered; though, as she traced Travis' less than appropriate gaze, she quickly came to the conclusion that the boy likely wouldn't have been paying attention. For once she didn't scold him, knowing it to be more difficult to hold things back at that stage in his cycle, resting where she was supposed to in silence and ignoring a particular Sturt's glare.

Professor Teaching Staff ☆ Wandless Magic ProfessorTecri
29 year old Pureblood Human ☆ She/Her/Hers

Student after student they started to do what they were supposed to. She enjoyed how orderly they were, just taking turns into destroying the poor mannequin, surely in the next, and final term things would get a bit more interesting, or so she hopped. Her smile curled a bit, watching them throw their little spells.

She was impressed with the Delores blob, which was brought to them by Alex. “Very good Mr. Winfield, original outcome.” She watched the boy, who seemed to be having a bit of an issue with it. Perhaps he should visit the Hospital Wing, whatever had caused him to have that reaction could potentially make him feel worse. By now Travis and Chloe had managed to get through the spells. “Mr. Franklin, whatever you did, seemed to have worked. Very good.” Looking again towards Alex, Andy wasn’t enjoying the state he was in, she didn’t want a student to collapse in her class. “Someone please take Mr. Winfield to the Hospital Wing, I wouldn’t want him to collapse on the floor.” She watched the rest of the class, expecting them to lend a hand to their fellow classmate.

Lisa proceeded to complete the task, a bit violently, but that was what Andy wanted in the first place, just wished that less rubble would fly so she didn’t have to keep using Protego for the students behind her. Finally, it was Meadow, the class wasn’t taking as long as she thought it would, but that just meant that people could either go do whatever they wanted next or just stay in the classroom and ask the questions they wanted or needed to ask.

With all the students behind her, she cleaned the mess and turned around to face them. “Very good everyone. Class is dismissed. Whoever wants to stay is always welcomed to stay, I will answer to any questions you may have.”

OOC Note: You can post your character leaving the class or continue to interact with Andy, but the class is over.

Spencer ☆ Seventh Year ☆ StudentTecri
17 year old Muggleborn Human ☆ she/her

Once Alex finished his spell, which looked amazing to Max, she noticed he was unwell. She approached him slowly, ignoring pretty much everyone else that the rest of the classroom and everyone else that continued to do what the Professor had told them to. “You don’t look so good. You should go to the Hospital Wing…” Max commented, worried about Alex. When Chloe spoke Max just looked at her friend, she couldn’t answer for the young man, she wasn’t sure what was wrong with, probably tiredness, he had a lot to worry about.

When the Professor spoke, Max nodded in agreement with the older woman. “Better be safe than sorry.” She spoke, a soft smile growing on her face as she looked at her friend, would he even want to go? It was the safest option for him, it was that or just collapse on the floor by the look he had on his face.

Max tried to help Alex, hopefully he would agree in going to the Nurse and would cooperate.
