Just like last term it was better to separate the students by level, not only were they too many to keep in a classroom, it was also complicated to be teaching different levels, some students could feel that the class is either moving too fast for them, or too slow depending on the level. It was best to keep things simple and move at the same pace for everyone inside, still a hard task to do considering not everyone was at the same level, but it was always easier since the spells were also easy. The tables were organized like last time, rows on each side having a large corridor in the middle.

This term she wasn’t going to use Delores for this, the poor mannequin had seen too much last term, from being cut to being completely destroyed by a couple of students, but it could be useful for her next class. For the younger and less experience students she picked the same boxes from her first class and place them on her desk. One for each student. Each student should use a spell to levitate the box to them, using Mobiliarbus or any other spell they deem to be fit to perform the task. Upon having the chest on their tables it’s their job to dispel the Colloportus spell on the chest.

After playing with the spells, Andy would want the students to make the chest squishy and bouncy. Not an important part of the class but might keep a few students entertained with a bouncy object for a while, in case she needs to lend a hand to students who are slower. Simple tasks that she hopped she didn’t have to worry too much about, unless a student decided to be funny about it and wanted to try something new. She took a seat in her hair behind her desk as she waited for all the students to enter the classroom, it was the earlier classroom, she hopped everyone could do what she had prepared. "Good morning."

Lexi was finally happy to be able to sleep in her bed at the dorm room, she no longer had to worry about Santan&Satan bullying her, and it was good that Chloe is now at the dorms as well, she wouldn’t be bully either. Lexi’s morning was somewhat different than normal, having company so early in the morning wasn’t a new experience, but it was when it came to the fact that both of them were in both of her morning classes together. First, she needed to take a shower, luckily her fellow Spencer didn’t need to go hiding around to take one either, if they were in different houses then that could have been an issue. Second, she needed to move, she didn’t want to get late to a class where the teacher had a resting bitch face and probably would get them both into trouble for running late.

Uniform in check, Lexi waited for her companion to join her so that they could walk to class together. The distance to class wasn’t too big, they could easily get there but Lexi was still worried about getting in trouble with the older woman that taught the class, she always seemed to be in a bad mood. “Do you have everything you need?” Lexi asked leaning on the door.

When they were both ready, they both walked to class. The place seemed to be deserted, not that many people were there, but trying to avoid the first rows Lexi pointed at one in the corner of the classroom. “This is a good spot don’t you think?”

"Good morning, Professor." Danielle responded as she walked in to the Wandless Magic classroom, speech minimally inconvenienced by the blood-flavored lollipop at the corner of her mouth. She was still half asleep and was using the sugar to wake herself up; not having had much trouble thus far with teachers calling her out on her favorite sweet, she didn't worry much as she sat in the back as usual.

There were no instructions as of yet, and thus her eyes fell on the box resting on top of the teacher's desk. Back to basics? Was that the plan of the class? For once, Danielle wasn't miserable about it - she was struggling to stay awake, and being eased back into things felt better than being beaten over the head with a book chock-full of subjects she had no idea about.

Placing her bag on the chair next to her own, she waited for her partner. It was the first class of the day and few had entered the classroom at that point, but she hoped the girl would make it - Danielle could, at least, entertain herself while mentoring her.

It took MJ a few more minutes than she would've liked it to, but she made it to the first class of the day in time. The blonde had to rush through the morning to get every chore done as Aspen hadn't made it back home; while she normally expected such a thing to happen, MJ had slept in for a little too long, ultimately costing her a great deal to ensure everything was done - walking Steve, feeding both pets, make breakfast, wake up Justice, among a myriad of other things.

An apologetic smile filled the Flinders' lips due to worry nonetheless as she finally reached the classroom, towards the teacher in particular. She lightly bowed her head in greeting with pursed lips before quickly scuttling along to her usual seat. She watched as Danielle removed the bag before the blonde could finally sit down.

"I'm sorry I'm late." She had no responsibility to the Dhampir in any way, yet felt hard-pressed to apologize anyway; the Bourke shook her head so to dismiss it.

"You aren't. Class is about to start though, and I believe it's going to be an easy one." Danielle's statement made MJ look at the boxes in question, sat atop her desk. Did they have to do the same spell that was instructed for them to perform in the first term? A sense of relief with the notion washed over her - she had mastered it over time, and she knew that she could do it again. It was odd to feel confident about something and she soaked in the feeling with a small smile on her face.

"I see..."

The night before had quite the unexpected turn of events. It resulted in Laurie finding herself making her way out of Lexi's room after a nod in confirmation to her question. After a quick stop by her own room to grab her wand and a lollipop (Max wasn't there, but the room looked like it had been slept in nonetheless), the pair walked in a leisure pace to the classroom. It was in the same area, after all, and so they didn't have to rush through the underground corridors.

She had just finished popping the strawberry flavored sweet into her mouth when they crossed the threshold into the class. Laurie shrugged with her friend's question, eyes falling on the location she had meant. "Sure." She didn't mind it either way. She allowed the taller Spencer to go to her desired seat first prior to following herself and sitting beside her.

Crossing her legs under the shared desk, Laurie crossed her arms loosely and looked around the classroom - a few students had joined them, the teacher was greeting them (not that she bothered to return it herself), and there were some boxes on her desk. She noticed there were no mannequins present - had the teacher grown wise to Laurie stealing one of them? She did put it back. No, that couldn't be it.

Tapping the heel of her right foot to a rhythmic beat pattern going on in her head, the drummer let her mind drift along the many possible uses she could possibly give to those assorted boxes; not that she could do much to begin with, given the wandless nature of the class, but that didn't mean she had to curb creativity within the confines of her mind.

As usual most of her students were as quiet as mice. Good, that way she wouldn’t have too much trouble with neither of them, as long as they did what they were supposed to do, asked questions and answered hers she was good; she didn’t want them to start chatting with each other, they would have plenty of time to do that when the class ends.

“Can anyone tell me all the spells used to levitate and move objects? And if there’s any specific spells that can be used on these chests?” she looked at the class. She was hopping they could answer her with the spell she wanted them to use, obviously if they chose to use another spell, she couldn’t blame them.

“Because that’s what you’ll be doing, after answering me feel free to start levitate and move these chests to your desk.” She said walking around the classroom. She didn’t want this to take too long, the sooner they complete the task the sooner they can all leave, and it wasn’t a useless task, most of these spells could be used in their everyday life, they wouldn’t even need to draw their wand to perform them.

“Once the chest is on your desks, I want you to inspect the object.” Everyone with a keen eye could tell that there was a magic upon that chest, it shouldn’t take them too long to figure out what spell she had placed upon the object.

Taking her seat on the chair and waiting for Laurie to take hers, the Spencer looked up at the professor who seemed to be waiting for everyone to take a seat. It was always a bit nervous going to classes where the professors weren’t too friendly, but Lexi decided to keep her head down, at least until she heard the professor’s question. She opted to remain quiet, next to Laurie. Did she know the answer? Probably not. It was safer to remain quiet than to make a fool out of herself.

She watched at other students spoke, talking to the professor and answering the woman’s question. She leaned back, crossed one leg over the other and waited until everyone stopped showing how good they were.

The chests were to far away, she wasn’t sure if she could even bring one to her location. She fixated on one and slowly tried to lift if, pulling it towards her, but halfway through it’s route it fell on another desk. Lexi tried once more, only being able to lift it lightly until it fell down once again. “Fuck…” she muttered under her breath. Was that fucking chest going to be the reason that Lexi fails that class? No, it wasn’t going to be because of that chest.

Concentrating on the chest, perhaps a bit too hard, the chest flew off the desk where it was and hit Lexi’s face hard enough to break her nose, she held out a scream as pain ran across her body. On the bright side she could skip that class, on the bad side she had a broken nose and was bleeding a lot. She asked for permission to leave the classroom, and once she obtained it, she left quietly. She knew Laurie wasn’t going to follow her, but she still walked a bit slowly for a while until she dashed through the halls to reach the nurse.

As the teacher spoke, it soon became apparent that Danielle had made the correct guess at the purpose of the boxes resting upon the head desk of the classroom. Back to basics indeed, and for once the Bourke didn't mind it that much. As per usual, she didn't bother verbally replying to the Professor at all, leaning back on her chair and crossing her legs under the desk; but, to her surprise, the Flinders beside her immediately rose her hand so to reply.

"Wingardium Leviosa, Accio, um... Mobiliarbus?" The sudden shot in confidence that she had gotten a moment before made it so MJ was willing to take the risk with the answer - and, to her own surprise, find that she actually knew something. There was a faint hint of worry in the back of her mind that she hadn't gotten them all, but it was dwarfed by the high that was the feeling of self confidence.

It was time to start the task. Both Danielle and MJ accomplished it without much trouble - one because it was child's play to her, the other due to the sheer amount of hours she put into practicing wandless magic under the tutelage of another. Both chests landed neatly on their respective desks, in unison, a low clicking noise being heard as wood lightly impacted with wood.

MJ jumped at the sound of wood hitting flesh and cartilage (accompanied by a scream no less), which interrupted her inspection of the box; Danielle, in the meantime, felt on edge. Instincts yelled at her to fight back against the possible source of danger but she didn't, forcing her rational mind to stay in control regarding the situation - it was just a student whom had an accident. Sighing in relief, she couldn't quite let the sudden tension along her muscles go - it wasn't the rude awakening that she was looking for, but it was the one she got.

The Flinders was the first to recover from the two, after watching the Spencer be excused from the class. Having been told she should inspect the box she did so by hand - doing the most obvious thing one would do with a chest, MJ tried to pry the lid open, to no avail. Upon further inspection, she realized there was no key or lock holding the lid back at that moment: it was a charm. A Colloportus charm.

"...This is going well..." She muttered to herself. Danielle had caught on by then and performed the appropriate spell, along with her younger friend, and both opened the chest without much difficulty. It led MJ to let out a small nervous chuckle. "This has really been some smooth sailing so far..."

Blah, blah, blah. Laurie tuned out of class entirely the moment she realized it was more of a review class than anything else, instead of something testing her limits. While she understood those were entirely warranted to build blocks for future spells and to help other students keep up, the Spencer needed more than that to have her boredom erased from existence.

It was finally time to put whatever task the Professor had for them to rest. Given that she had not paid any attention to it to begin with, Laurie figured it'd be in her best interest to lag behind and watch what others were doing before enacting her own spells. Playing close attention to what the fellow Spencer was doing, she came to the conclusion they had to levitate the box to where they were sitting; however, that momentary musing came crashing to a halt as Lexi succeeded, at least in terms of breaking her nose.

Laurie winced with the gnarly sight, almost as if she could feel her own nose having the same predicament. Predictably, Lexi quickly made her way out of class; figuring it to be a good excuse to ditch the class, and knowing she was at least passing as a close friend of hers due to the simple fact they were sitting together, Laurie raised her hand.

"I'm just... gonna... Yeah." Getting up from her seat, Laurie took after Lexi. She wasn't that concerned over her at all, but it didn't hurt to have some company while in the nurse's office.

Some of her students were quiet, but one particular student stood out from the crows, MJ Clarke. The girl seemed to have some difficulties l performing spells without a wand, but that never seemed to stop her from improving, and today the young Flinders showed Andy what she knew. The woman let the girl speak, no interruptions, until she was over. "Very good Miss Clarke. There are a few spells that can do that. Some only levitate but others allow you to move the object without having to touch it."

Once the answer was out of the way, students started to perform the spell, easy job, they should be able to do it without much trouble, except for this one student who suddenly got hit by the box, straight on the nose breaking it. Andy closed her eyes and allowed both girls in the back to leave, the injured one and her friend, who seemed to be going to assist the injured one.

Andy took a deep breath, thinking how it was possible to miss such an easy spell, but had more students to worry about. Miss Haynes and Miss Clarke seemed to be performing both spells correctly. "Very good ladies. Outstanding performance. I hope I get to see you two next year in the intermediate class." Andy praised the girls, some positive reinforcement never hurt anyone, but she honestly didn't care what class they attended.

"Since you all proceeded to complete the task. Class dismissed."
