Boaz would tell you he has led a fate filled life, full of dramatic personal relationships. This has led him to believe that he has all the answers and though he usually has half of the answer. Most of the time he would consider that he is wise beyond his years and it his is duty to share his immense knowledge with others. Especially he young minds that need to be nurtured and developed. Because he was born a muggle and his family had no experience with magic other than the birthday party slide of hand, Boaz is still fascinated by magic and regards it with a hint of childlike wonder making him an excellent teacher. He can still relate to the amazing aspects of magic and apply this handy way of experiencing to even the dullest of topic. However Boaz can be rather forgetful, and is easily lost in a book or lesson plan, he is highly distractible and is easily swayed by his students into taking longer on some things that otherwise should be covered quickly.

Passion, desire and power go hand in hand for Boaz. Though the want of power is strange for a teacher Boaz is slowly working his way towards a position of more power, though in reality he would hate having to give up teaching, and his students. Boaz is one of the few who can communicate a whole monologue in one glance. This expressiveness has led him to be more passive aggressive in nature. Though he liBoaz the company of his peers he finds that his students are much better companion, they usually were not capable of guile. It is his ability to hold a grudge for years that has left him without many close friends, not that he minds, it’s easier to be a lone wolf. This however doesn’t keep him from getting lonely. If only he could forgive and forget. In most cases though, you look out, Boaz is much harder on himself than anyone else.

One more noticeable thing about Boaz is his impeccable hygiene and anal retentive need for neatness. Nothing is ever out of place, and even his students keep their things tidy, (as tidy as they can anyway). In general Boaz is a rather friendly guy, he is usually open to ideas but has a short attention span and is easily bored. Like his students he liBoaz to jump around from topic to topic a stark contrast to how he liBoaz to live. Boaz’ biggest fear is being wrong and completely detaching from the world. All he wants to do is make bad things good, and keep the good things good. Though he struggles with this on a daily basis, it would require him admitting he could be wrong before he could even begin to come to terms with his fear.

Boaz’s childhood was rather unremarkable. He grew up in Victoria with a middle class family, he was the youngest of three and the only boy. As the youngest he often surprised the family by taking charge, he was a natural born leader and as a toddler he knew how to command attention in a room. Not only that but he was able to make people listen to him, and even as a boy he liked to teach his parents about things (even if they already knew it). Boaz spent a lot of time reading and studying various things, but he was always drawn to many muggle sports his favorite being Baseball, he liked the statistics and the history of it. So when he wasn’t running around the diamond or playing left field he was reading. The family had no experience with magic so it was a bit of a shock to the family, they thought magicans just did parlor tricks and that wizards were a think of children’s stories.

Boaz attended Tally and found that he made more sense there than he did in the muggle world. Even though it meant not many knew about baseball. Boaz was an average student, he would have been excellent if he had put his mind to it. Boaz felt though that because he was a muggleborn he had an excuse to be average. He hadn’t grown up with it and thus was working at a disadvantage. However in his last year he changed. All of a sudden Boaz cared about school, and he spent much of his time making up for being average. There was no real light bulb moment, it just sort of happened. His family was pleased to see he cared about school and when he went off to college they were pleased. His three older sisters had decided being wives and mothers were better than education and it was probably the birth of his nephews that made him change to orient towards molding young minds (as lame as it sounds). Boaz found he was pretty good with kids and so he focused the next part of his life into becoming a teacher.

At first he thought being a professor was the ultimate goal, but Boaz found he really didn’t like dealing with teenagers, they were monsters really. He also didn’t like adolescents, they were mouthy and rebellious. It was when he spent time with the younger kids that he found he was the most at home. They wanted to please you and they were so innately curious it made him happy. Boaz however threw himself into his work and whatever relationship he had with a woman usually never worked out. They did not understand why someone who loved kids was so against getting married and having them. Then again Boaz figured he simply hadn’t found the fabled one. That and he has plenty of other kids, it would be selfish to take attention away from them for his own. His mother claims he is compensating for his fear of intimacy. Though he won’t admit it, she is probably right. But he still wouldn't trade his job for anything in the world.

oaz would not really describe himself as an attractive person, he would consider himself rather plain actually. Boaz doesn’t want to look like the steroid users at the gym but he would like to be just a little more toned, and so he does spend a little time on his appearance in hopes that he will look more like the hunks on TV and not a school teacher. Boaz is usually very well put together, his dark hair always with some small amount of product, and pristine wrinkle free clothing. Boaz feels his best feature is his eyes. They are a light gray blue but he has perfected giving particular looks to people. He likes to think he is a well-dressed man and takes pride in putting together his outfit. It takes some time on school days considering he has to hide a reasonable amount of tattoos that he has gotten over the short 12 year span he has been brave enough to get inked.

he thinks that some of the competition is silly
