Her looks can't be considered out of normal ones. She's got pale skin, with her face freckled during summer, and she's neither tall nor short (about 1.63 m). Her eyes are grey, but she's a big fan of muggle coloured contact lenses, and so she usually wears different ones to solve her little vision defficiency, because she think glasses don't fit her. Riley's favourite part of her body is her long brown hair, which she likes to wear shed.
Talking about clothes, she prefers to wear muggle clothing since she's the only one witch in her house. She tends to independent wearing, with an extreme love for jeans and baggy blouses. She likes dresses, mainly if they're not what you'd call normal ones, although she doesn't feel particulary confortable in them. - Personality:
- Majorly open-minded and extroverted, Riley is an active person who can't just keep sitting for a long while. She rarely becomes stressed even if she has got so many things to do. As Riley herself says, it's always better than having nothing in mind. Natural leader, she finds it easy to come up with new ideas everytime they're needed. She doesn't mind speaking publicly, in fact, she does it quite well. On the other hand, she can be a bit bossy and gets upset easily. She takes criticism seriously, as she's quite affected by what people think of her. Although she's always moving, it doesn't mean that you can think of Riley as a sportive girl. She's more than clumsy and has broken her arm or her leg more than once. At school, she used to be a member of the nerd herd. She was called a freak since she liked most sci-fi series and books. She is intelligent, but not definetely a perfect student, since she's so nervous that finds it hard to concentrate. If there's a thing which Riley can be the best at, that's music: she started to play the saxophone when she the instrument was almost bigger than her, and got to play it well so soon that teachers recommended her parents to let the kid try with a second instrument. Riley chose the guitar, which her parents bought with a big effort. Plus, she sings quite well. She'd love to be in a band.

When Eva Aberdeen told everybody she was pregnant of her fourth child, her family accepted it with a mix of joy and disappointment. Of course they were all happy of having a new kid in the gang, but the Aberdeens knew that it would be hard to afford another childhood.
Mark Aberdeen was a zoo worker in Melbourne who meet her wife, Eva, when they were both in the first week of their jobs. Eva Garden, a primary school teacher, was bringing her pupils to a trip to the Zoo for the first time. One of them fell onto the floor while running to the toilets and she had to call the first zoo employee, who happened to be young Mark Aberdeen, for help. When she said her most sincere “thank you” ever to him, he said he'd be pleased to be thanked with a dinner that evening. In fact, Mark had been a total charming guy whose last prey was Eva. After some evenings hanging out as friends, they fell in love and started a long relationship. They married exactly five years after they met in the zoo.
Their families weren't much different. Most of them were workers, and most of them were muggles. The only wizard in both families was Angel Garden, Eva's older brother. Both his own family and Mark's accepted it, glad to have a magical person in their lives.
The first daughter of the Aberdeens was Chloe. She happened to be a very independent girl, mostly because when she was still 2 her first brother was born and he was payed all the attention by their parents. Mark Angel-mr. Aberdeen insisted that he wanted his first son to be named after him-, opposite to his older sister, became a quite spoiled guy who always needed his mom for almost everything.
Samantha was the third child in the Aberdeen family and she was expected to be the last of them. However, she was born with leucemia and died when she was still a baby. After the three years it took Eva and Mark to get over it, they had their fourth kid, Riley Samantha, who amazingly happened to be the only witch of all the Aberdeen children ever. Thankfully, that fact distracted everybody from comparisons with poor Samantha. Since the moment she started to show signals of magic, she instantly got along well with her uncle Angel and his wife Daisy (who was also a which, but coming from a magical family) and started spending a lot of time in their house, mainly because they had a son, Drew, who was exactly Riley's age and -of course- also a wizard.
Aberdeen's youngest daugther wasn't expected to be born, but it seemed like Eva had an extraordinary fertile womb. Mark and his wife even thought about avortion -not that they wouldn't love the kid, but their jobs weren't well-paid enough to afford having 4 children-, but Riley knew about her mom's pregnancy while listening a conversation between her uncles and got too excited about the idea of having a younger sister. Chloe was already living with her girlfriend, Mark Angel never paid attention to anybody but himself... Plus, most kids in Riley's class had younger siblings and she wanted to experience it by herself. Having already lost a daugther, the Aberdeen couple felt uncapable of stopping the pregnancy and nine months later Willow was born. Her name was chosen by 9-years-old Riley who had a crush with fairies by that moment.
When everybody had assumed that Riley was the only one witch in the Aberdeen family, Willow started to show magical signals. The fact that they were both witches made their relationship get stronger despite the big age difference between them. Willow is the person Riley loves the most in the world and she would do absolutely everything to protect her.
After being graduated at Tallygarunga, former Spencer Riley enrolled Bachelor of Musiciary & Musical Arts at VMU. - Secrets:

With such a big family, it's normal that most of Riley's secrets involve her siblings. For example, she's always been jealous of Chloe's beauty, but she would never say it aloud. Also, she always liked her cousin Drew more than what cousins are expected to like eachother. In fact, it was him who gave Riley her first kiss -just as an attempt, you know, for getting ready for real situations. Nevertheless, they both think that it's a normal cousins love and can't realise they do have a crush on eachother.
[Note: if Drew became a played character, the crush could become a relationship. If not, it will be forgotten so that Riley's free to have love issues]
On the other hand, her family is said to be weird (as in having 4 children, mixing muggles and wizards and so on), which Riley pretends to ignore although she actually feels upset about it. - General Knowledge:
- It's not difficult to notice that Riley has got a strong personality. That's one of the points which makes the girl a natural leader, a fact that most people know. She's an activist and has strong left-wing views, that's why she has applied for being VMU Students Union's leader. Some people say she could be a good politician, but she's too obsessed with music.
